Photo Galleries: Page 1, 2
This photo galley consists of various photos from our Generation 1 and Generation 2 relatives. Part of where we came from and is part of all of us.
The photo gallery webpages in this section are of all our Generation 2 relatives, the sons and daughters of Walter Sr. and Idella Cheeks, our Generation 1. Every later generation Cheeks relative can trace their “bloodline” back to one the Generation 2 relatives.
My grandparents, Walter Sr. and Idella Cheeks, celebrated a major wedding anniversary, with family, held at the YWCA Conference Center in Muskegon, MI.
A Facebook page was created in 2010 (best guess) to organize a Cheeks family reunion. A fair amount of content (photos, comments, etc.) was posted on the page, with the last post July 2010. Since then, that Facebook page has been inactive with no available administrative access.
All of the content (photos and one YouTube video) has been reorganized and and appears in this website photo gallery. The photos include a set from a Cheeks Family reunion (picnic and dinner) in the 80s. In addition, the same content has been moved to the private Cheeks Family Facebook Group.
